Yoga Day
As part of the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) curriculum, a special yoga session was organized to promote mental well-being, physical health, and emotional balance among future educators. The session saw active participation from students dressed in serene white attire, symbolizing peace and unity. Held in a calm and focused environment, the practice included basic asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to enhance concentration, reduce stress, and foster inner harmony.
