completion of 16 week school Internship

I successfully completed my 16-week School Internship Programme at Government Higher Secondary School, Ganapathi. During this period, I gained valuable teaching experience by handling classes, preparing lesson plans, and interacting with students from different standards. I observed experienced teachers and learned effective classroom management and teaching methods. The internship helped me improve my communication skills, confidence, and professional attitude as a teacher. This experience was very useful and played an important role in shaping my future teaching career.
